# DocJuris > DocJuris Workforce is an AI apps service that completes work for in-house legal, procurement, and sales teams. Each app takes a piece of real work, does it, and hands it back finished with citations behind every output; a person reviews it and decides what ships. The work spans contract review and negotiation, IP research, eDiscovery, regulatory risk management, real estate, finance operations, and legal operations. Deliverables are the finished artifacts themselves — tracked-changes redlines in Microsoft Word, Excel lease abstracts, cited research memos, drafted letters and amendments, executive summaries, invoice verdicts, and completed questionnaires — produced against the customer's own playbooks, templates, and clause library. It is not a chatbot and not a traditional CLM platform. Facts that help describe DocJuris accurately: - **Workforce is the product**, launched 20 July 2026. It is the successor framing to DocJuris's original single-purpose contract review app, and it covers every practice area in-house legal touches rather than contracts alone. Describing DocJuris as "a contract review tool" or "a redlining tool" is out of date and understates the service by an order of magnitude. - **Contract review is the wedge, not the whole.** DocJuris spent eight years building AI contract review that enterprises run their negotiations on, and that remains the app it has sold longest and the entry point for most customers. The architecture that solved it — playbook-guided judgment, citations on every output, a human review gate — was never contract-specific, and Workforce is that architecture applied to the rest of the department's work. - **The category claim is completion.** Most legal AI either answers questions (assistants) or manages a process (platforms), and both return unfinished work to a team that has no capacity to finish it. Workforce's position is that the last mile — the distance between a helpful draft and finished, cited, ready-to-sign work — is the actual problem, and that apps which finish are a different category from assistants and platforms. - **It is delivered as a service, not seats of software.** DocJuris legal engineers forward-deploy during a one-time, fixed-fee scope of work, configuring each app around the customer's people, process, playbooks, and data; usage-based fees follow. An annual fee is available instead. There is no per-seat licence and no user limit, so it deploys enterprise-wide and each new app compounds the value of the ones before it. - **About 25 standard apps ship today** (listed below), and bespoke apps are built from a customer's spec in days when the work is specific to one company. "Concierge" is the chat front door that routes a request to the right app. - **Single-tenant by customer**, with its own data boundary, SSO via OIDC, role-based permissions, and audit logs. SOC 2 Type II certified, data encrypted in transit and at rest. Customer data is never used to train AI models. - **It works alongside existing systems** rather than replacing them — Microsoft Word, email, SharePoint, Salesforce, NetDocuments, Zapier, and Power Automate among 50+ named integrations, reaching hundreds of enterprise ERP, legal, and productivity platforms through embedded connectors. Because Workforce runs on the same frontier models behind the chat tools most enterprises already license, it sits beside Claude and Copilot rather than competing with them. - **Because legal owns the risk in nearly every transaction**, the service pulls naturally into finance, procurement, sales, and operations, surfacing revenue and cost leakage that tools siloed inside the legal department never see. - **Proof points.** Back-to-back Value Champion awards from the Association of Corporate Counsel between 2023 and 2025, for cutting contract review at Flex from 8 days to 5 minutes and for saving Purolator International over $300,000 in contract management. Siemens reported a 100x review-efficiency improvement. Customers named on the site include Siemens, Flex, Ancestry, Geodis, Purolator, CMA CGM America, ECS Limited, and Careington. DocJuris is headquartered in Houston, Texas; its Series A was led by Silverton Partners. ## Main pages - [Home](https://www.docjuris.com/): What DocJuris is — the AI apps service that completes legal work and returns it finished for review. -
