DocJuris Pricing

Priced for the mid-market. Built for the global enterprise.

DocJuris isn't priced per seat, per document, or per question. Buy it as a flexible platform subscription, or as a one-time build plus usage credits for a single app. Either way, every user, custom app, and enterprise integration is included.

Two ways to buy

Both easy to say yes to.

The Platform

One subscription, everyone in

The full Workforce catalog on an annual platform fee sized to the work you run through it, never to headcount.

  • Unlimited users: legal, procurement, sales ops, finance
  • 25+ standard apps, agents, and enterprise integrations included
  • One predictable number for finance, no true-ups at renewal

Built for You

Software, minus the “as a service”

We scope your workflow, quote a one-time build fee, and ship a working app in weeks. After that you pay for what you use: hosting and AI usage credits, plus change orders when you want changes.

  • No annual license to justify, no procurement marathon
  • A budget line, not a platform decision
  • Additive to the AI tools you already own

Not sure which fits? We do both, and on the scoping call we’ll tell you which one we’d pick in your seat.

How the model works

Priced for how legal actually works

Most legal AI is metered to punish adoption, priced per seat, per document, or per question. DocJuris flips that: a single, predictable platform fee sized to your contract volume and the apps you switch on. Rolling it out to more people never costs more.

One fee, everyone in

A platform fee, not a meter

Sized by the work, contract volume and the apps you enable, never by headcount. No 200-seat minimums: every attorney, contract manager, procurement partner, and sales rep works in DocJuris, while finance budgets one number with no surprise true-ups at renewal.

In-house first

Custom apps, built with you

Your playbooks, memo templates, and review workflows become apps your team runs: deviation memos, screening reports, and custom deliverables, configured to your standards, not a vendor's.

Enterprise-grade

Integrations and security included

SSO, CLM, ERP, and CRM integrations, plus SOC 2 Type II controls and a your-data-stays-yours posture. Part of the platform, never an upsell.

The comparison

Point tools meter you. Platforms slow you down.

Seat-priced AI point tools cap adoption the day you buy them. Legacy legal platforms integrate deeply but were never built for agents. DocJuris is the only model that gives you both, under one fee.

Built for in-house legal

The pricing model in-house teams have been asking for.

Law-firm software is metered because law firms bill by the hour; in-house teams work the opposite way: the more your company runs through legal's platform, the more value legal delivers. DocJuris prices for that reality with one flexible platform fee, sized to your contract volume, priced where a mid-market department can buy, and structured for a global enterprise, with the whole business invited in.

Solo GC or global department: unlimited users means your entire legal function, plus procurement and sales, works in one system.
Your playbooks, fallbacks, and memo templates become the apps your team runs, configured to your standards, not a vendor’s.
Budget-friendly by design: a flexible fee that fits a mid-market budget, one predictable number for finance, and no true-ups at renewal.

Trusted by leaders worldwide.

Questions

Pricing, answered straight

Why isn’t a price listed on this page?

Because the fee is sized to your deployment: contract volume, the apps you enable, and the integrations you need, not a seat count we can print in a grid. Scoping takes one call, and you leave that call with a number.

How is DocJuris licensed?

Two ways. Most customers take an annual platform subscription: unlimited users, with apps, agents, and enterprise integrations bundled into one fee. Or engage us like a professional service: a one-time fee to build your app, then hosting and usage credits, with change orders when you want changes. Many teams start with one built-for-you app and expand.

Do you charge per user, per document, or per question?

No, no, and no. Metered pricing punishes the exact behavior you want: more of your team using the platform more often. Adoption is free by design.

Can we buy this without a SaaS procurement cycle?

Yes; that is the point of the built-for-you model. A one-time build fee is a budget line, not a platform decision: no seat-count negotiation, no ROI committee, no renewal true-up. You own the outcome; we host it and pass through usage.

We already pay for Claude or Copilot. Why add DocJuris?

Keep them; DocJuris is additive. We run the best frontier model per task, or run inside your approved AI deployment. The tools you have answer questions. DocJuris ships finished work: redlines, memos, abstracts, restated contracts.

Subscription or one-time build: which is right for us?

It depends on your workflow, your budget process, and your appetite. We do both, and on the scoping call we’ll tell you which one we’d pick in your seat.

Is DocJuris priced for mid-market legal departments?

Yes; that is the point of the model. Legal AI priced at $2,500 a seat with 200-seat minimums assumes a law firm’s economics. DocJuris starts where a 20-to-40-lawyer department can actually buy, flexes with usage rather than headcount, and scales to a global enterprise without changing models. Usage is visible to your admins, so the renewal conversation runs on measured value rather than optimism.

Is DocJuris built for in-house legal teams?

That’s exactly who it’s for. DocJuris is designed around in-house workflows (GC-led review, safe self-serve for procurement and sales, and legal ops reporting), not law-firm billing models. Your playbooks and standards drive every review.

What is the 30:30 Commitment?

We put it in writing: a custom proposal delivered after your first 30-minute demo, and 20% off your first scope of work when you engage within 30 days of that call.

What’s included in implementation?

Concierge onboarding: your playbooks, templates, and standards configured into working apps by our team, with enterprise security review and integration setup handled as part of the rollout, not a services invoice.
